Our first impression was that we had made an exceptional booking at W-Doha. It was because of a warm welcome at the reception by the staff, namely Miss Ameera from Turkey, Miss Noorah from Algeria and Mr. Franco. They had been very friendly and helped us in a perfect selection of room. In fact, they also accommodated us with a partial sea facing view. What to say about breakfast; it was marvelous, especially the cuisine was superb. The Senior Chef, Mr. Anood (Indian) and his team had been excellent. Moreover, my kids enjoyed the splendid breakfast. It had all the variety u can think of for a perfect breakfast. The room service was 10/10, I never have to remind them for anything I have requested. My family enjoyed the fitness facilities within the venue. There I met Mr. Babu from Nepal, what a friendly and open hearted person he was. My daughters enjoyed the indoor pool and there I found the lady life guards, been so vigilant all the time.

The service is impeccable and I was made to feel very welcome on arrival. In particular, Tunc on reception went above and beyond to arrange a late checkout for me which made such a difference on my last day. I was also provided with a lovely welcome drink on arrival. I ate in La Spiga restaurant where the food, wine and service (provided by Sahbi) was fantastic. Sahbi recommended a dish for me (pasta with clams) as I was undecided, and it was absolutely delicious. The second night I ordered room service. The food was very good and Munshi provided friendly service. The lap pool is pleasant and I was the only one using it on the Saturday afternoon. I was on the 9th floor and had great views. I'll definitely stay in the W should I stop over in Doha again.

I really would mention that Rose is the best. she is kind, helpful, and professional. I wish that every global hotel has someone like her. Someone like her is a must in every hotel to succeed and knows how to talk to and treat the residents. You will be satisfied. Malak is nice she always keeps smiling which is an excellent thing and she is welcoming, Helping Rose. They are top class Before I checked in I was thinking of bad expectations. but When we came to the reception to check in and met them, they change everything in my mind. We were satisfied, enjoyed our stay, and were happy Best Receptionist

As expected with the W Brand, this hotel is extremely stylish, well designed, chich and definitely worth the money. I liked my spacious room that was also aptly called "marvellous king room". The bed was very comfortable and so was the sofa. The lighting, furnishing etc, add to the ambience. The staff are great, very warm, welcoming and helpful; I also want to appreciate the housekeeping personnel Nagaraj for providing me a well kept room. Reception is quite helpful and conversant. Overall a superb experience! Breakfast with Indian, Arabic and international was great!

All staff that we passed by were helpful and had a cheerful greeting which made us feel very comfortable. The room itself was beyond amazing and truly cozy with all amenities that would be expected of a Marriott property. Loved the fact that a vertical steamer was available in the room. Housekeeping staff were very prompt in asking for any refills or cleaning needed etc needed which was much appreciated.
